Registration Form

Submitting an NC TEACH registration form is a required step in the application process. While most application materials will be directed towards the host university you are applying to, this brief online registration form is submitted to the NC TEACH central office by clicking on the link below. The registration form does not take the place of completing an application with your chosen host university. The information you provide on the registration form will not be shared with any external party other than your host university coordinator and our program evaluator.
